Tandis que la présidence italienne et la Commission européenne se préparent pour le Conseil d’association UE-Tunisie de demain à Bruxelles, Amnesty International a publié une note décrivant ses préoccupations au sujet du projet de loi “anti-terrorisme” présenté au parlement tunisien et qui pourrait être utilisé pour étouffer la liberté d’expression et qui pourrait accroître le recours à des juridictions militaires.

EU-Tunisia Association Council: Amnesty raises concerns over new "Anti-Terrorism" law
As the Italian Presidency and the European Commission prepare for tomorrow’s EU-Tunisia Association Council in Brussels, Amnesty International has released a briefing paper detailing its concerns about draft “anti-terrorism” legislation currently before the Tunisian parliament which could be used to stifle freedom of expression, and may increase the use of military courts.
