17/10/2012 – In the light of Italy’s obligations under international human rights and refugee law, Amnesty International seeks to assist the Committee of Ministers in its evaluation of the general measures that the Italian Government states that it has taken to date to comply with the judgment of the Grand Chamber of the European Court of Human Rights in the case of Hirsi Jamaa and Others v Italy.
