24/03/2011 – This letter transmits Amnesty International’s new report on the recruitment and use of children by all parties to the conflict in eastern Chad. We call on the EU to adopt an effective and comprehensive policy to address the short, medium and long-term impact of armed conflict on children, in line with its commitment under the EU Guidelines on Children and Armed Conflict.
