Letter to MEPs on European Court of Human Rights reform
06/04/2012 – We are concerned that several proposals under discussion at the high-level conference on the Court’s future in Brighton (18-20 April) might seriously undermine the Court’s authority and integrity and its ability to ensure effective protection for human rights in Europe.
