26/04/2016 – Amnesty International would like to draw attention to concerns over the cooperation with Turkey and other current EU migration initiatives with third countries, similarly lacking basic guarantees for the respect for the rights of migrants, refugees and asylum seekers, and increasingly giving third countries grounds to resist international pressure to improve their human rights record.
