Letter to CoE co-rapporteurs on arrest of peaceful protesters in Azerbaijan

07/02/2013 – Amnesty International is concerned about the recent arrests of peaceful protesters in Baku on Saturday 26 January, in the aftermath of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe’s discussion on Azerbaijan.
