Letter to Baroness Ashton: EU must foreground human rights at the New Deal for Somalia conference

16/09/2013 – The EU must not turn a blind eye to human rights abuses and remains accountable for the use of EU funding in Somalia. It must urge the Somali authorities to hold the security forces to account for any human rights abuses.
