25/01/2011 – The European Court of Human Rights vindicates the rights of asylum-seekers in the EU. The Grand Chamber of the European Court of Human Rights, by a majority, ruled in the case of M.S.S. v. Belgium and Greece that Belgium and Greece had each violated the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms (ECHR).
