08/12/2014 – Amnesty International and Save the Children welcome the European Commission’s proposal on procedural safeguards for children suspected or accused in criminal proceedings, which is a key component of the Council’s Roadmap for strengthening the procedural rights of suspected or accused persons in criminal proceedings.
