20/02/2015 – In their joint letter to the Committee on Foreign Terrorist Fighters and Related Issues (COD-CTE) of the Council of Europe, Amnesty International, the International Commission of Jurists, and the Open Society Justice Initiative encourage greater transparency in the drafting process of a draft Additional Protocol supplementing the Council of Europe Convention on the Prevention of Terrorism and inquire about how the organisations can contribute to this process.
