Eve Geddie announced as new Director of Amnesty International EU Office

Eve Geddie has been appointed as Head of Amnesty International European Institutions Office and Director of Advocacy, where she will spearhead the organisation’s work advocating towards the European Union (EU) and the Council of Europe (CoE).

Geddie, an Irish national, comes to Amnesty International with 12 years’ experience working in Brussels on migrants’ rights, and an academic background in international human rights law.

Eve Geddie, Director of the Amnesty International, European Institutions Office, said:
