04/03/2005 – Intervention by Ms. Gabriele Juen, Executive Officer CFSP/External Relations, Amnesty International EU Office, on the occasion of the first EU-Andean Community Civil Society Forum, organised by the European Commission, which took place on 3 March 2005 in Brussels. The main objective of the Forum was to allow for an open, transparent exchange of views and experiences on the EU relations with the Andean Community.
