25/11/2010 – Amnesty’s International work on victims of crime or violence takes place in the context of its work to ensure the rights of all victims of human rights abuse to access to justice, including reparations, without discrimination; and to ensure that the measures taken by the states to protect persons and prevent and prosecute crimes are in compliance with their obligations to protect the human rights of all.
