02/03/2017 – Please find enclosed a briefing submitted in accordance with Rule 9(2) of the Rules of the Committee of Ministers for the supervision of the execution of judgments and of the terms of friendly settlements, with a view to assisting the Committee of Ministers in its evaluation of the general measures taken to date by the Greek Government to fulfill its obligations to implement the Grand Chamber’s judgment in the case of M.S.S. v. Belgium and Greece.
