14/11/2005 – Open letter by Amnesty International to the UK Presidency of the EU on the occasion of the EU-US Troika that was due to take place on 16 November 2005. The meeting was consequently cancelled and not re-scheduled (Version française également disponible). The letter makes reference to the report titled ‘US/Yemen: Secret Detention in CIA “Black Sites”‘ just released by Amnesty.
