Letter to Taoiseach Enda Kenny TD: Amnesty International’s recommendations to Irish EU presidency: E
09/09/2013 – Following our 23 April letter on the mid-term review of Ireland’s EU presidency, and now that the presidency has ended, we are publishing the attached briefing with our observations on the Irish presidency’s progress on implementing our recommendations. Copies of this letter and briefing are also being sent to relevant ministers. We should like to thank the following government departments for responding to our request for comment on progress on the implementation of our recommendations: Justice & Equality, Foreign Affairs & Trade and Jobs, Enterprise & Innovation.
