26/02/2014 – Five Lithuanian legislative proposals with serious human rights implications have come to our attention. These proposals include legislation banning gender reassignment surgery, legislation prohibiting same-sex adoption, and legislation relating to public events which could be used to justify discrimination against LGBTI people.
