Turkey still failing to respect right to conscientious objection
01/12/2011 – Amnesty International welcomes the opportunity to contribute to the Commission’s consultation on strengthening mutual trust in the application of EU criminal justice in the field of detention. We make some suggestions on how the EU could develop an effective and efficient collaboration with its member states and the Council of Europe based on human rights standards.
